Going remote abroad ...

As a consequence of the tremendous change in climate in my home-country,

I decided to raise my new observatory abroad, where the weather is more cooperative.

To fund this project however, I sell my entire current equipment as listed below.

To see the equipment just click the lines... RP means: original retail price

The prices displayed is what I had to pay - just as a very rough basis for bargain...

Many of the images I have taken with the equipment listed above have been published in well reknown magzines like Sky and Telescope, Astronomy, Universe Today, Astrophoto Insight, Astronomie heute, Sterne und Weltraum, Interstellarum, and a couple have made it to NASA APOD, and LPOD (see published images).

The 9" TMB Apo is designed as folded refractor with two exceptional flat mirrors of highest quality. As a result the entire optical system has a strehl ratio of 0.96 (the apo-triplet and the 2 mirrors). The images taken with the scope speak for themselves I think.

The single arm fork mount carries the entire equipment easily and very reliably - this mount is capable to perform with a weight bearing of 50kg and beyond. Tracking accuracy is outstanding (5 arc seconds +/-).

So, what you get is highest quality at best shape, as I always maintained all optical surfaces at least 2 times a year according to professional optical physicists recommendations, respectfully.
